I was soooo stressed for years and thought it was due to age and high blood pressure!
NOPE!
I needed specific tweaks and shifts to fix MY problems, some problems I wasn't even aware of!
Getting started was hard - I was always waiting till tomorrow or after whatever. That was my undoing because suddenly and unexpectedly my caretaker role came down on me. Lesson learned, DON'T PUT MY RE-INVENTION OFF! OR ANY OTHER IMPORTANT DECISION!!
After the inevitable closure of being a caretaker, I began the SOLO trial and error stage of life. I confused myself by bouncing from one focus to another. Finally SOLO thinking began to fall into place, both in my business and my life.
I was a slow starter! It's easier to just stay stuck going nowhere, not forward or backward. The caretaker role took a huge toll on me - on my business, my health, messes around home, no time to do anything for me and it was a HUGE drain mentally! All I wanted to do was catch up on three years of lost sleep!
BUT, FINALLY I WAS READY AND I TACKLED IT!
